On May 7, Mr. Phan Dang Anh – Deputy General Director of Anex Vietnam Trading and Tourism Co., Ltd. – announced that the company is working with airline partners to expand its charter flight network bringing Russian tourists to Khanh Hoa for the upcoming summer season.
Specifically, starting from May 14, Anex Vietnam will partner with Azur Air to launch a charter route from Moscow to Cam Ranh. Meanwhile, Red Wings Airlines will operate three new charter routes from Russia to Cam Ranh, including:

Kazan – Cam Ranh (starting May 16)

Krasnoyarsk – Cam Ranh (starting May 16)

Ekaterinburg – Cam Ranh (starting May 20)
With the addition of these four new routes, Anex Vietnam, in cooperation with Azur Air and Red Wings, will operate over 70 charter flights per month from 12 major Russian cities to Cam Ranh International Airport.
Since March 17, Anex has already launched charter flights from cities such as Ekaterinburg, Krasnoyarsk, Khabarovsk, Vladivostok, Barnaul, Novosibirsk, Irkutsk, Tomsk, Novokuznetsk, Blagoveshchensk, among others, bringing thousands of Russian travelers to Khanh Hoa.
According to Cam Ranh International Airport, tourist arrivals from CIS countries (Commonwealth of Independent States), including Russia, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan, have seen a significant surge in recent months. In April 2025 alone, the airport handled 288 inbound charter flights from this region, welcoming a total of 68,173 passenger movements (both arrivals and departures) – double the volume recorded in March.
The return of Russian tourists and the strategic expansion of charter services by Anex Vietnam are expected to provide a strong boost to Khanh Hoa’s international tourism recovery in the 2025 summer season.
